* Simple possession of Schedule IV controlled substance — Tammy Oliver Self, 120 days, suspended, 24 months probation, warrantless searches and body testing, 30 hours CSW, $250 fine, court cost, $300 SBI lab fee, evidence to be destroyed, also driving while impaired, VD, also possessing open container/consuming alcohol in passenger area, NR.

* Felony breaking and/or entering — Michael Anthony Williams, also felony larceny after breaking/entering, two charges felony possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and felony habitual felon, 107-138 months, jail credit, assessment and treatment program, work release recommended, civil judgment to be entered for restitution to Julia Allison, no contact with Allison, evidence to be destroyed.

* Assault with a deadly weapon — Justin Craig Sprinkle, 60 days, suspended, 36 months probation, two days in jail, substance abuse and anger management assessments and treatment, no communication with Michael Efird or any member of his family, restitution for medical expenses and damages to motorcycle, 30 hours CSW, $250 fine, court cost.
