Vandals damage car tires

Demorris Sequan Sloan reported vandals damaged tires on his vehicle while it was parked at 117 W. 15th St. between May 14 and 16.

In other Sheriff's Office reports:

* Milton Cain, 18, was charged May 15 with resisting delaying and obstructing a public officer at 700 S. Ellis St.

* Amber Nicole Allen, 28, 427 Heilig Ave., was charged May 16 with breaking and entering a building and felony possession of stolen goods in Mecklenburg County and shoplifting in Guilford County. She was held under $1,000 secured bond.
